Dry Needling Course Registration Instructions

20 Hour Dry Needling Course  Held in Rockville, MD

  • Register and pay for the Rockville-based 20-hour courses by calling our office at 301-444-4890.
    • March 24-26, 2023.
  • Each 3-day weekend session provides full certification
  • We accept Visa, MC, Discover, and AmEx.
  • After you have registered and paid, please email (forms@dryneedlinginstitute.com) or fax (301-444-4893) your current state professional license and the declaration page of your current malpractice insurance. We must receive these documents to complete your registration.
  • If the class is full you can be put on a wait list by calling our office at 301-444-4890.

18-Hour Cold Spring, KY Course

  • Register and pay for the 18 hour (2-day hands-on, 6 hour online) courses by phone only.

Refund Policy

80% of the course fee is refundable if notice of cancellation is received by DNI up to 30 days before the course begins. Fees are nonrefundable within the last 30 days before the course.
